In 2015, my friends and I created Cohala. Inspired by the space in which our London upbringing collided with our West African heritage, we wanted to create clothing that reflected the duality of our identities.
Since our founding, we've made and sold some pretty cool t-shirts, put on some incredible club nights and live music events (you can't celebrate West Africa without a beat), and incurred the wrath of a certain music television company who shall remain nameless (and who were actually very gracious, all things considered).
Occasionally I take pictures, 'cos of course I do. Check out my snaps on Tumblr (and a few here).
Way back in 2012 — when I should have been studying for my final year Law exams — I decided my time would be better spent creating a music blog and thus Click.Play.Rewind was born.
What started out as a blog became a multi-media and live events company - with a mix of interviews, acoustic sessions, and a monthly event at Upstairs @ The Ritzy in Brixton.
Anyway, here’s Wonderwall.
(Here are some songs I’ve written).
